Pencoys is a cottage nestled in Mullion, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms, including two 4ft 6 doubles and a twin, along with a shower room and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: Access to the property is along a rural unadopted road - the speed limit is 5 mph and care should be taken as the road surface is uneven in places.

A superb destination for those wanting to make the most of the British seaside, the village is home to Polurrian Beach and has access to the South West Coastal Path with its wealth of beaches and landmarks dotted throughout the trail. Visitors can enjoy delicious food with a pint at The Old Inn and Mounts Bay Inn, before grabbing their essentials from the convenience store and making the most out of the village's links to the Lizard Heritage Coast.
