The property additionally enjoys shared access to an external games room, as well as an external table tennis room. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite, two zip/link doubles with TVs and en-suites, and a ground-floor zip/link double with a TV and an en-suites, along with a cloakroom/utility. Outside, there is a private rear garden with decking, lawn, hot tub, an outdoor tap for showering dogs, fire pit, barbecue and furniture, and shared grounds with patio, terrace, summerhouse, a children's play area, football pitch and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 1, a pub and beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property, however, smoking is not permitted. A highchair and travel cot are also available. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Area
Mullion is a major village on the Lizard Peninsula, a short distance south of Helston and within easy reach of Lizard Point, it is the most southernly point of mainland Britain. Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a picturesque functioning port, are all located in the settlement. Helston is a lovely busy market town noted for its Flora Day Festival, and the intriguing Helston Folk Museum tells numerous stories and traditions concerning the "Furry Dance."
