For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 19.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, barbecue. In the house: internet access, bicycles available (extra). Available: boat (extra). Parking. Shop, restaurant 500 m, pebble beach 300 m. Tennis 200 m, children's playground 20 m. During ATP tournament 21.07.2023 - 30.07.2023, noise is possible.

Quiet location, but everything is within walking distance. Very neat and clean. Fridge a bit small.

A super clean accommodation with a lovely beach at 8 walking minutes. No traffic noise. The hot tub was broken for 1 day but was fixed right away! In a fifteen minute walk you are in Umag. You can park your car opposite the complex. The owner (E.) is a friendly man.1 small minus: the bikes were in bad condition (read flat tires, chain off) so you have to rent them elsewhere

pluses + hot tub + pool approx. 7x3 meters + new rooms minuses - the fridge does not fit a 2-liter bottle (only one 1.5-liter), so there is a problem with a cold drink - the pool can only be used from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. . So morning or evening bathing is not possible
