A holiday with 3 children (19 years, 17 years and 14 years) is perfect in this apartment: spacious, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet, large terrace with whirlpool, right on the beach, the old town with restaurants easily accessible on foot and by bike. Not cheap, but overall OK.

Very nice apartment, the view of the sea is wonderful, the bar between the apartment and the sea is not loud at all, on the contrary, if it gets too hot you can refresh yourself with chilled drinks or ice cream.

Accommodation was good. A ladder would be nice, because the cabinets are very high and you z. B. the dishes could reach better. In addition, user manuals for kitchen appliances and televisions would be good

We were 4 adults and 2 children (4 and 2 years). The apartment is very nice and well furnished. The distance to the sea is ideal and the water is beautiful. The owners didn't contact us during the stay, so it didn't bother us. We always managed to walk to the old town and restaurants.

Fantastic sea view, unfortunately very noisy in the evenings into the night due to the location: volleyball court and beach bar with loud music and sporting activities every day. If you are looking for a quiet apartment, this is not the place for you. The apartment itself should have been cleaner for the price. The center of Umag is within walking distance, we went by bike and car for shopping. Nevertheless, we had a great holiday, but next time we would choose a different location for the accommodation.

For us (two adults and 5 children), we state that it is a perfect place without too much tourist pressure, which is known on the other side of the city. The beach is right in front of the house and the town is a 5-minute walk away. The owner speaks more German than English, but it is also possible to negotiate in English and she is very accommodating. The cleaning is "southern", i.e. in two or three years it will show age and wear and tear... it's a shame that in the south they don't know how to clean properly and thus keep everything in perfect condition like, for example, in Austria.
