If the sweeping sea views don’t win you over at this Istrian villa, its location surely will. The fishing village of Trget – with its beach and seafood restaurants – is just 900 metres away, while the historic towns of Labin and Rabac can be reached in fifteen minutes by car. Inside, the 250-year-old stone home remains true to its heritage, with four-poster beds and exposed beams. There’s plenty of modern-day comforts here, too, including a farmhouse-style kitchen and a Jacuzzi bath for a touch of luxury. Designed with families in mind, the private pool and small playground will keep little ones busy, while the grown-ups soak up those Adriatic views.

*We recommend hiring a car to make the most out of your stay, and there is private parking outside of the home for four cars.
*Your nearest supermarket is an eight-minute drive away.
*There are stairs inside the home, which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility.
*There's a sofa bed in the living room to sleep an additional guest, but we think this home is better suited to sleep six.
*The private pool is heated.
