Apartment very well-kept and perfectly equipped. There is everything you need for life. Comfortable bed and good bedding. Shaded terrace for exclusive use of the apartment provides respite from the heat and is a great place for meals. Efficiently functioning air conditioning. Good location 150m from the city beach and 200m from 2 restaurants. Beautiful panorama of the bay. Excellent base for trips around Istria. Very nice owner of the property.
