A very nice holiday home, completely fenced. Great for dogs and children. Very good communication with the landlady, and quick assistance. The only thing is that it's very noisy; you can hear conversations at normal volume across the floors. You can practically hear "everything." The showers could use an update; they just float, and the showerheads spray water everywhere. Otherwise, a perfect house with a great pool and grounds.

we were in the house for the second time. it is just gorgeous. You´ve got everything you need from the pool, the table tennis, soccer goals, ect. and the distance to Rovinj or beaches nearby is really fine.

We were personally greeted and welcomed. The house is big, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The pool is great. All around is a lot of space in the garden with lawn, benches, hammock, table tennis. 2 families can have a good holiday there. There are various seating areas in the shade and a grill. Host Maria helped us a lot with restaurant tips. The communication worked well and quickly. Many thanks for everything in the Istrian house in the countryside.

The house is located 25km from Rovinj inland and therefore very quiet away from the tourist crowds. House and the large property with pool is very clean and tastefully decorated. The landlady is super nice and discreet.

We had a very nice holiday here. The house and grounds were exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable and would come back. The landlady is very nice and helpful when we needed something. The house is in a very quiet location, but it is only 5 minutes by car to the town center of Zminj, where there are restaurants and shops. We'd love to come back.
