Nice big apartment. Upon arrival it was immediately noticeable that it had been cleaned very well. The furnishings are as in the photos. Swimming pool great (quite big with 10x5 meters). Tennis court is no longer being maintained, so really hitting a ball is not possible. Beds on the short side. Surroundings very quiet, most sights within 45 minutes by car. Owner lives next to the building with the three apartments and is always there for you. We can highly recommend this location!

The apartment is very spacious, the living room is very nicely furnished, the bedroom is not exactly modern but clean (see pictures). The old bathroom was not used (it was musty). We particularly liked the beautiful, large balcony with great balcony furniture. The pool is huge and clean - just great! The landlord is very friendly and accommodating. The complex offers plenty of space to let off steam! The table tennis table in the shade is great! Quiet location, you can hear the motorway but it's not disturbing. Overall, great value for money!

Spacious air-conditioned apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, which is a bit worn. Everything in the new bathroom is nice and fresh, but a bit small and the old bathroom with the bathtub needs urgent renovation - there is a rather strong smell there too. Otherwise the apartment is in a great location and the pool is great - the hosts are also super nice. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The house and grounds exceed all expectations. The pool is lovely and is cleaned and refilled every morning. You hardly see the managers, but everything is arranged down to the last detail. Beautiful area for walking, but the dog is fine with the huge garden, fenced and with trees. There is a tennis court, basketball court and volleyball net so plenty to do. Maçini is centrally located: Rovinj, Pula and Vodjan are 20-25 minutes away by car. Highly recommended!

The complex is clean and super spacious, very suitable for both small and larger children. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating and speak very good English. From here, all destinations are easily accessible and in the evening you have peace and quiet. Would vacation there again anytime.

We have been here 2x in a row on holiday, it really is a wonderful place to celebrate! The house is quietly located on the edge of a small hamlet. You are not bothered by mass tourism here. The large apartment upstairs is wonderfully spacious, more than sufficient for 7 people. The house is neat and clean, the owners are very friendly and do everything to make the holiday as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean accommodation. The entire area and the pool make a very well-kept impression. The landlord is very nice. Language English and Italian. Only with German is the communication with the landlord difficult.
