POSITIVE: The accommodation is in a quiet, secluded location, the garden and the property are beautifully landscaped, the pool is very large with access steps. There are many outdoor seating areas, including shady spots. Negative: Some of the outdoor seating is rusty, outdated and very uncomfortable. (Iron chairs) One parasol was broken. The sun loungers were thrown together and outdated. The interior was also outdated. Bathroom very bad

Absolutely secluded location, therefore absolute peace and quiet. Beautiful, large pool on a beautiful, large property. Air conditioning is worth its weight in gold ;-) Everything is very easy to reach by car in a short time. Very beautiful area - Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Labin, Rabac, etc... We would love to come back!

a very nice garden, very large and quiet. A very well-kept pool and a cute little house that is super equipped. Everything in top condition. The only thing that wasn't great was the bathroom, it wasn't nice, but everything worked there too.
