Holiday Rental Description

Nestled in the pretty village of Rojnici, this home welcomes you to a slow-paced escape in Istria. You can spend leisurely days in the garden, lounging by the pool – which can be heated on request. There’s also a sauna for optimum relaxation and there’re a trampoline as well as soccer goals to keep kids entertained. Inside, you’ll find space to relax and all of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms for privacy. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s a short drive to villages like Barban and Svetvinčenat, while the nearest beaches are also within easy reach.


Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area and two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.
*The swimming pool can be heated from May to September on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and two high chairs for free on request.
*Two well behaved pets are welcome to join you here.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Parking is available for up to four cars.
