A very beautiful and well-maintained house. The pool is fantastic, with air conditioning, various kitchen appliances, an ice crusher, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker (ground coffee and filter coffee), etc. (dishwashing utensils are unfortunately missing). Furthermore, the Wi-Fi reception is unfortunately horrible, and we encountered a hornets' nest on the exterior facade of the upper floor. The finca's location is recommended for a quiet getaway—it's a bit far from the action. All in all, it was still very nice there.

The house is nicely laid out and modernly furnished. It could do with a renovation/interior painting. The walls and skirting boards are pretty worn, some of the grout in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The sofa in the living room is completely worn and the upholstery is already falling apart in some places. The kitchen equipment is good, so you can cook for a family. I would have liked a blender. No one came to clean the pool all week. I know it's different from other holiday homes.

Ideal for 8 people. Located in Istria in the middle of nowhere! Excellently equipped, as shown in the advert, the caretaker is always available and looks after you in an absolutely adequate and extremely friendly manner! If you want to live right by the sea for swimming, the journey there and back - whether to the nearest supermarket or beach - may be a bit of a hassle. If you prefer something quieter and don't need any hustle and bustle, the house is ideal!

The house was exactly as described! Modern, clean and had everything you needed. If there were any problems, the landlady was on site within a very short time to sort everything out. We have never had better care. Short and sweet! We would come again and again.

The villa is very spacious. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it is suitable for 9 people. The garden is a good size for the children to play in. The pool is a great place to cool off.

The accommodation is exactly as advertised. Kitchen very high quality, everything WMF, induction cooker, microwave, coffee maker, etc. in short everything your heart desires. The facility is under video surveillance, the administrators speak English and are very friendly. We were already there at 2:00 p.m., and shortly afterwards we were able to move into the house. In short, the property promises a very pleasant stay.

It was a very relaxing vacation. The furnishing and the quality of the house was of the highest standard. One is a bit isolated here and has peace and quiet. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom. Next to the villa there are 2 identical villas. The villa was handed over to us impeccably and super clean. The lady of the house was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely book here again.
