Positive: location quite quiet (if the neighbors aren't exactly party-loving English people), pool was really nice, kitchen well equipped, garden with apples, pears, kiwis, grapes, figs you could eat, the landlord was a nice guy (always p. WhatsApp available) Negative: Due to the various previous tenants and storms, a lot was broken: 2 loungers, parasol, tiles without shoes not accessible, air conditioning + TV only on the 1st floor, no fly screens on the windows. Equipment functional and bathroom downstairs old
