The house was very clean, the pool was very nice. Unfortunately, the house was very remote. The landlord was very friendly. A neighbor had installed noisemakers to protect his chickens, which was very annoying.

The kitchen needs replacing, the furnishings need replacing, the bed has sharp edges, and the cottage is located on a demolition site. Sewage smells in and around the cottage. I contacted the owner about this, but they didn't resolve it. The neighbor plays a tape with bird-of-prey sounds every three minutes to scare the birds away from his grapevines—not quietly, but really loudly! Barking dogs all around you: day and night! The terrace around the cottage is good, but the furniture is of poor quality: very small.

Super clean, quiet and nice area, very friendly and easy-going landlord, huge covered outdoor area with plenty of shade, well-kept garden, refreshingly clean pool, private house for privacy, even the dogs loved it. We highly recommend the house.

Thanks to M. and his wife. I received a warm welcome and was very happy from the very first moment. Everything was super clean and functionally furnished. The pool was regularly maintained. Anyone seeking peace and quiet is in good hands here. I spent a wonderful three weeks here and would love to come back. Keep up the good work.

The house was very nice and very clean. We lacked nothing. All appliances, such as the coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, electric grill in the outdoor kitchen, air fryer, etc., were in very good condition and everything was available. The terrace and the pool with loungers were very spacious and very clean. The owners are very friendly, nice, and always available, helping in any situation. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful house with very friendly owners. A baby cot was also provided. Beautifully landscaped grounds ideal for three people and a dog. Well located and very central in Istria.

A large fenced property, which was great for our dog. Very well-kept pool and garden. Also a very clean house and terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed for a vacation. Small outdoor kitchen also available. Lots of comfortable seating on the terrace. Super friendly and helpful landlords.
