Pros: - Outdoor kitchen right by the pool including dishwasher and large refrigerator - Separate toilet including shower by the pool - Large, clean pool - Plenty of shade outside in the summer Cons: - Actually only one bathroom on the ground floor, the upstairs bathroom is barely usable, except for brushing teeth and occasionally using the toilet. - Air conditioning units are poorly positioned, and don't cool the floors or bedrooms well. - Overall, everything is older and lacks investment. - Some beds are extremely uncomfortable.

A large, very well-equipped house. The covered area by the pool is perfect for spending time there. In fact, the house could only be used for sleeping. Some of the furnishings aren't in the best condition, but that doesn't change the fact that this place is worth recommending. The upstairs bathroom is a bit uncomfortable due to the sloping ceilings. However, there's a comfortable bathroom by the pool. The house is located in a less-visited part of Istria, much more mountainous and therefore very interesting.

There weren't enough chairs. The bathroom on the ground floor was easy to use, the one on the upper floor was not in standing height. Too many unusable pots in the kitchen. Non-closed terrain, very busy road!
