This modern villa, which is in an idyllic village setting, has some fantastic amenities. Along with a sparkling pool, it also has a private, multifunctional sports field, with a tennis court, as well as a football and basketball area. And for the little ones, there’s a playground – this place is perfect for families. If that all sounds a bit too energetic, there are plenty of spaces to relax or dine in the sun on the terraces and balcony. Inside, the large open-plan living room has plenty of space for everyone, and there's a cosy log burner when the weather turns cooler. Location-wise, Pula, the largest city in Istria, is only 20 kilometres away, while the nearest beach is 15 kilometres.
