This villa near Pula is perfect for families or friends who like to stay active. Kids can enjoy the playground, trampoline, football goals, and volleyball net. There's also a ping-pong table, dartboard, and two bikes for exploring. If you’d rather take it easy, you can lounge by the private pool or on the roof terrace. With no direct neighbours, it feels really private. Inside, the open-plan layout means you can be in the kitchen while keeping an eye on the kids. There's a sofa bed for two guests in the living room, which might feel snug. You'll need a car to get around, but the beach and Peroj’s bars and restaurants are just a ten-minute drive away.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is a saltwater pool. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground-floor bedrooms here, including one with an en-suite.
