For shared use: natural state property with meadow. In the house: lounge, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service and beverage service. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Mountain railway, slopes 200 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Included in the rental price: 1 daily entrance per person to the indoor pool and sauna at the "Freizeit Arena" Sölden. Tennis court according to agreement.

Ideal in size for a couple, dog friendly, all facilities included, close proxy to skilift (walking disrance) and ski lockers with heater. Intimate atmosphere due to Only 3 appartments. Central location ideal for apres Ski, shopping or dinner/drinks. Very clean place. Would definiety come back.

Bread service is super. Enough space for 2. Max. 5 minutes walk to the Giggijoch gondola lift.
