easy to reach by public transport, quiet (you can sleep with the window open), kitchen equipment sufficient for cooking, bed comfortable, doesn't creak. Key handover at the main station went really well. Some cobwebs on the windows, some surfaces not clean, some dishes not clean. No shower curtain.
