Amblers rest was a delight, very clean and well equipped.. Minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the town centre.
We loved Amble with its shops and the development in the harbour made it an outstanding place to visit, the Harbour Inn was a very friendly pub. We will certainly go back one day.

We had a very pleasant weekend staying in Amblers Rest .. We would like to thank Mrs Dawson , the owner , for the thoughtful, complimentary ,milk, cake and biscuits in the kitchen , after a long journey to Amble from Peterborough !
Amble is a clean and charming town and the proximity of the sea coast to the cottage is an added bonus .We enjoyed the walk along the coast on Saturday morning . There are lots of nice restaurants, too , within walking distance , so the cottage is conveniently located .
