Although the cottage was comfortable there was no information pack, which caused problems in a number of ways:
- when the boiler failed I had to call the owner and Sykes for information on how to fix it
- I only chanced on the Wi-fi password in one of the cupboards
- no information on recycling and which bin to leave for collection
- no information on medical services
I am surprised you let cottages in your name when there is no information pack and I would like your response on the matter.. I note, as you should have done, an identical comment on lack of information, in an October feedback.
