Behind the house there are shipping containers which serve as a temporary school building until summer 2024. Therefore the view is impaired on the first and second floors towards the North. Large, luxurious apartment block "Zur Matte B", 4 storeys, built in 2009. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. This was the 4th time we have stayed in this apartment and therefore did not have to use the directions. We are always very satisfied and that's why we always like to come back. The only downside as far as we are concerned are the hard mattresses, we can't get used to that. The fact that there is only 1 socket above the dishwasher is a bit impractical if you want to make coffee and boil water. In terms of crockery, it's a pity that there are only 2 glasses and 2 cups. Other crockery usually about 4.

Quality of the apartment at the top. Tastefully furnished. Perfect layout and equipment. Ideal location in the center close to everything (bus, shops, bar, restaurants etc). We hope to be able to rent this apartment again because we really appreciated the standard offered by it.

Very clean, modern and very well equipped apartment. In addition, its location is ideal, close to the center, close to shops and restaurants and close to the train station. The funicular to go up to Sunnegga is a 5-minute walk away. The preparation of the trip as well as the handing over of the keys also went well. I can only recommend this apartment as well as the rental agency Interhome.

Unfortunately, the wellness area in the neighboring hotel could not be used this year due to Corona, but there was a discount for that. The accommodation offers enough space and is sensibly equipped. A coffee pot that the filter couldn't fall into would have been nice, as would more straight, dishwasher safe drinking glasses.

Great location, close to all amenities - supermarket, train station, ski train/bullet. Lovely and clean apartment with a quality feel, but the cherry on the cake was having the use of the spa & pool services. Amazing!

Very nice apartment, well located, modern. Some points to improve: French window for balcony to be adjusted (difficult to open), dishes not clean, 1 out of 2 neon lights above the sink did not work. An oven mitt was missing. Including cleaning/linen costs in the total price would be much more sensible. All that remains is to pay the tourist tax.

Overall quite ok, but ok is not good enough: we rented this apartment for a week's skiing holiday. Overall the apartment is ok for two people. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom very small. Negative: too loud, no view, wellness/bath until 1500 in a neighboring hotel (you want to be on the ski slopes by then). No soaps etc. although advertised on it. Much too expensive (over 2000 CHF)

To our taste, the mattresses are quite hard. The temperature in the apartment is on the high side. The bathroom was well cleaned, but needed some extra attention. Because the drain was full of hair, it did not drain properly. The rain shower nozzles were plagued with limescale, causing the water to spray in all directions. We solved both ourselves, but it would have been nice if it had been done. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of equipment, unfortunately there is only 1 socket for the kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave. Not so practical. Still, this was our 5th visit to this apartment and we will happily stay here again!
