Really good outside furnishings, and inside. Single beds a bit small for adults. Kitchen fine, but needs a new bottle opener /corkscrew. Large mirror in hall needs some stickers easy to walk into. Would use again, but could do with some English channels on the TV for cool nights. Great position for everything.

This apartment is ideal for a family vacation, it is spacious, it has air conditioning that is not necessary since it is all exterior and air always comes in. The terrace is spectacular and in front of the beach and its access to it make it incredible. It is not the first time we have rented it nor will it be the last.

The apartment is in dire need of an update , only WiFi at the pool area contrary to the description in the adv , TV , audio and satellite receiver to be replaced , destroyed satellite dish . However , there is a common Satellite reception installation in the building as well as WiFi that works . The apartment is rented to all nationalities. Why only Spanish channels? Only plus is the location but that doesn't justify the rent.

The walls are very chipped, in one room there was not even a curtain with the curtain rod broken, a cistern releasing water all day there were no lights on the bedside table, to be able to read a little without disturbing the other person, The photos that you put with the state of the apartment do not correspond, When we rented it said that it had Wi-Fi, and there was only Wi-Fi in the pool area .... ,,

Very nice apartment too bad the TV is very old, the bathrooms are constantly leaking. Otherwise I have had a very good holiday I would come back to this apartment.

Location of the apartment and view fantastic. Fairground next to the building from 7 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. unacceptable. Bedroom: both in urgent need of renovation, as worn out! Bathroom: loose fitting. Balcony: Half of the balcony cannot be closed (glass panes cannot be moved). Kitchen: cutlery partly rusty. There were no loungers on the balcony. TV: Museum piece (tube TV in 3: 2 format), ie sides of the TV picture are cut off.

A beautiful view but the rest deserves a real upgrade (bathrooms, paint, bedding, appliances ...) Too bad because the location and the view are top notch.

Spacious apartment with excellent location. Some maintenance is missing on some things like paint or loose bathroom screen. Although the page says yes, there is no wifi. As things to improve, the television is very old and looks bad. They only give you one set of keys that holds four people which causes a problem. They do not give you the option of delaying check-out beyond 10:00 am due to cleaning issues without checking if the apartment is empty for that day. Overall good stay.

Have a great holiday in Calpe. Nothing but good about the apartment. However, I have already reported it in previous reviews but nothing has been done about it. Wifi is worthless in the apartment. The chance that you will win the main prize in the lottery is greater than that you have undisturbed WiFi for 15 minutes. You should remove the text from the description or the owner should purchase a repeater. Especially since you pretend to deliver what is offered.
