Ty Taid is a charming detached cottage that sits next to the owner's home in the small rural hamlet of Llanddaniel Fab on the Isle of Anglesey. Set entirely across the ground floor, and with one comfortable double bedroom, this cottage can sleep two people. The rest of the cottage comprises a shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a spacious conservatory. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden, plus guests have use of the welcoming owner's large garden with furniture and barbecue. Ty Taid is a perfect romantic cottage, and within easy reach of Anglesey's beautiful coastline, it offers an ideal base for touring.

All ground floor. One double bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner. Conservatory. Please note: This property has two steps going down to the property door.

The rural village of Llanddaniel Fab is ideally situated just 2 miles from the beautiful Menai Straits, on the south coast of the delightful Isle of Anglesey, and provides a local shop and an all weather, 9 hole golf course. Discover the magnificent Llanddwyn Beach, 3 miles of golden sands boasting stunning walks and striking views across the glistening sea toward the Welsh Mountains, or explore the fascinating National Nature Reserve, renowned for its colourful birdlife, whispering forest and huge sweep of marshes and dunes. The National Trust's Plas Newydd country house and gardens is a short drive and well worth a visit.The whole of the island boasts superb watersports, fishing, diving and walking opportunities. A wonderful location for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

We Stayed at Ti Taid for 7 days and found everything very good.. The cottage is modern inside and well fitted out and maintained. Everything we needed was at hand. The owners were friendly and available for contacting if we needed anything. Altogether this was a great holiday base for visiting Anglesey walks and beaches.

From the moment we booked the communication from Catie & Stuart was great.. Nothing was a problem. Bungalow is lovely and cosy, with a log burner great to relax by in the evening. Great location for Zip World and beaches, with some lovely walks nearby. Heartily recommend this for a nice break. Will stay again in the future.

Property is quite difficult to find (especially in the dark! ) and struggled with the key safe. Owners were both lovely and very friendly and we have had a lovely break with fantastic weather for this time of the year!

The cottage is spacious with lots of natural light and very well equipped.. In February the cottage was very well heated and very comfortable. Great location in a small island that has immense variety and great natural beauty. Welcoming and supportive hosts. We would reccomend enthusiastically.

The cottage was as good as described; in a very convenient location for all the 'Straits' attractions.. The property owners were unfailingly pleasant and helpful - imparted some invaluable local knowledge. We would holiday here again and recommend the cottage unreservedly. BTW the weather was kind to us as well - always a bonus in Wales!!!

We felt that the accommodation was over priced.. It was listed with a garden which could be shared with the owners, but in fact it was covered with trees and the whole area would have benefitted from a good tidy up. The bedroom did not have a window which was not made clear in the information. The shower room was extremely small. Some areas were in need of decoration. All in all not worth over £100 a night in my opinion.

As my booking was very last minute I telephoned to check some details.. Sophie was the best advocate for Sykes possible. She was polite, and responded very quickly to my enquiry, offering to check my second choice cottage too. I would recommend Sykes to any one on the basis of this excellent service alone! The owner too was very patient, despite my interrupting her evening with a call when I drove into someone else’s drive & was lost!

Absolutely perfect holiday home in a superb location. The owners and their dogs are really friendly and helpful, the cottage contains everything needed for a holiday, and they even left a welcome pack of milk and welsh cakes, together with a bunch of daffodils. Easy to get around Anglesey, lots of lovely beaches and walks to explore. Would definitely stay here again

The beaches and walking around the Moelfre area were excellent. The people of Anglesey were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was perfect - very well equipped with good quality fittings and furniture and the owners had provided an excellent welcome pack including fresh flowers - a lovely touch.
