Very quiet area, wonderful sea view, the strong point is the equipped external area and the large internal spaces. Access to the coves in front of the structure is convenient and the beaches are nearby.

Very comfortable apartment. Complete with everything. Reserved, despite being on the ground floor. The view is beautiful. If I can recommend an improvement: mosquito nets and mattress and pillow covers change at each change of guests. For the rest, everything was fine. Even the assistance of the contact person who responds to requests with truly incredible solicitude!

The position of the apartment in the natural environment is very beautiful both for the sea and the beaches and for the Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it. This is certainly its strong point. The apartment needs better maintenance, especially for the drains in the bathroom and for locking the entrance door.

The view is beautiful and the location is convenient because you can walk to the sea in a few minutes. But there are a couple of things to improve: 1) To enter the property you have to pull a very heavy and hard sliding door; a person with little strength would be unable to open it. The first time I opened it, I hurt my shoulder! 2) It would be advisable to add curtains that block the sun in the hottest hours.

The location was very nice, the facilities were also good. The only thing that wasn't good was that the mattresses were so old and you couldn't sleep well.

quiet and quiet place, necessary car, close to a beautiful beach (300m), nice view from the terrace to the sea, contact with the owner is trouble-free, it is a house with separate and independent 3 apartments that are well-equipped with everything you need in the house, I am very pleased with my stay

Accommodation inserted in the village of Nodu Pianu, 3km from Pittulongu and 12 from Olbia. Quiet village, but without services (market in Pittulongu, the only bar on the beach that closes at 8 pm. 7 minutes walk from the apartment) Well equipped kitchen The only drawback is the lack of wi-fi.
