Staying in this home is a bit like exploration at first – it might seem simple and minimalist, but there's a great number of details hidden all around. You can tell the hosts are artists, and they've selected each piece with care. Even though this home doesn't have as much natural light as it deserves, The Talking Heads maximises on its assets with clever lighting. We loved the large vintage mirror in the living room that makes the space even bigger.

* The home is in a lively central area, which means there could be noise during the night – light sleepers beware
* As the home is located on the ground floor, some might feel a bit exposed to the street
* Although there is no AirCon, there is a Dyson Air Cooler, which is admittedly, cool
* The beds in the second bedroom are oddly arranged and feel quite close together
