Villa Vivienne is a modern villa and boasts a fantastic central position in Puerto del Carmen, only a couple of minutes walk to shops, restaurant, bars and the sandy beach. The villa is well appointed inside and out and includes a private swimming pool, which is heated during the winter months and built in barbeque. On the ground floor is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the modern fitted kitchen is open planned to the lounge and includes a full oven, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. The well-appointed lounge comes complete with satellite TV, WIFI and dining facilities. There are two terraces on the first floor, the patio doors from the living area lead onto a sun terrace overlooking the pool with partial sea views and the kitchen also leads onto a smaller sun terrace with mountain views.
