Good, quiet and yet central location.. The house has a separate upper apartment, which is reached from the outside via a staircase they empty. The beds were absolutely fine. The bathroom is very small and a bit old-but sparkling clean. The owner of the house, who lives in her own house on the same property, was very friendly.

Very pleasant house, bright, very clean and very well equipped. Very nice bedrooms with many closets. Location in the center of Le Coq, easy access to shops. Beach easily accessible on foot. Heartwarming welcome. Nice little garden. A perfect stay.

We stayed at Villa Martinella for 9 days with our 2 year old toddler. We were warmly welcomed, the house is comfortable, completely on the ground floor and with an enclosed garden. Quiet location yet close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We easily found free parking nearby. Highly recommended
