Villa Mut Colònia Sant Pere, Balearic Islands

Fantastic location and cafe and bakery within walking distance and good restaurant by the sea. Carport for vehicle available but not usable. But it wasn't bad because there was good parking on the street right by the house.

Villa Calme is a well equipped villa about 50 metres from the sea with three double bedrooms and a newly refurbished pool in its own gardens. Floor to ceiling sliding doors onto the living area make an excellent open plan arrangement with dining and sitting inside and out. Useful utility room with washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen. Three good double bedrooms and an ‘office’ / nursery off main bedroom. Two shower rooms. Betlem is a quiet residential area.

This house is ideally located in a calm and pleasant setting but the accommodation lacks maintenance. A big refresh would be more than necessary as well as a treatment against ants in the house. Outside, the swimming pool must be redone because the mosaic is largely broken and the gate must be repaired (impossible to park inside).

Wonderful location and good floor plan. But the house needs an extensive renovation and refurbishment. Ventilation in bathrooms, removal of wooden floors, window fixing, removal of ants, review of air conditioning, pool fix etc. wi-fi stopped working. Need to lower the price for so long.
