Betlem

The house's layout is great and generally well-equipped, but wear and tear is very noticeable (especially on the couch and dining room chairs). After four days, the bathroom repeatedly emitted a very unpleasant odor – it was almost unbearable and made some people gag. We were there in October and unfortunately had bad luck with mosquitoes. This meant it was almost impossible to air the room. Even in the morning, there were over 20 mosquitoes in the bedroom after five minutes.

Very nice location of the house in cozy and quiet Betlem. Good equipment in the house and generally nice and clean. However, many parts of the house felt built with a low standard. Either built incorrectly or just of low quality. Broken floors, half-broken showers and hangers that were not attached.

The location is great - with a view of the sea and the nearby mountains. Everything very calm. The pool is really big and our youth had a lot of fun in it. The house is spacious and functional. However, there are a lot of signs of wear and tear and the ants were quite a problem, especially in the kitchen. You need a car, also for daily shopping. There is a cafe/bakery within walking distance but no grocery store. The only restaurant on site is good.

The house was generally OK and clean. Some items in the house are showing their age and need replacing. The surrounding area is very quiet, but that didn't bother us. Having a car is a plus, as there are no shops other than a small bakery. The two restaurants in Betlem are highly recommended.

Photos of the property do not give the right impression. The villa is worn, lacking finish in many places. Does not correspond to the price. Problem with the pool, which did not work optimally. Be aware that it is a very small town with only one restaurant and one cafe. Everything - everything else you have to drive for. Beautiful surroundings, pebble beaches and mountains.

The accommodation was clean enough to make the vacation enjoyable. The pool is a nice size, and the loungers were in good condition. The accommodation is in a very quiet location. The downside is that you have to drive to the shops. There are a few repairs here and there (e.g., the flush doesn't always work), and the kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Not suitable for groups planning to party.

The house is clean, the location is very quiet. Parking for 2 cars is available on the premises. Small repairs needed here and there (shower and tap in the upper room / handle on the sliding glass door) - otherwise no complaints.

No water dirty

Nice villa with nice pool area. The description of the villa covers fine, but unfortunately this does not apply to the description of the location. We had chosen this villa because it said that you could go to the supermarket and sandy beach and that was unfortunately not the case. There is no more than 600-700 meters to the water but it is by no means sandy beach but cliffs. Nearest Supermarket is in the nearest town 3 km away. There was only one set of towels and linen per night. Male. No extra.

We were there for the second time. The house is clean and beautiful and all the dishes and cutlery have to be cleaned before use, that's the way it is in Spain. Annoying that there were no tabs in the house. The construction noise from the slowly progressing new building on the neighboring property (Feb 2020) is bearable. Internet works great (important for us, we traveled on business) All in all: great, and we'd love to come back!

Despite the quality of the house, it lacks maintenance and better cleaning. Details such as toaster, barbecue, etc. very dirty. Two broken blinds and they were not repaired throughout the room. Entry key difficult to open. No one received us at the house or visited us for two days. We finally decided to leave earlier than planned.

Outside shower was missing, the upper sleeping area unfortunately open to below-you have to be able to deal with. Little furniture for the finca for 8 people. Dishes were not clean. We got along well, as we complemented each other well with the situation. We felt comfortable and would come back there again. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity, but in a smaller sense. A great thing with the car.
