The house itself is exactly what it's supposed to be; it's well-maintained and fairly complete in terms of basic needs. However, the service we received leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, we called the property to report that the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working and there was no hot water. No one resolved anything, and when they weren't interested, they stopped answering. Absolutely deplorable.
