Holiday Rental Description

Boasting unobstructed views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the slopes of Deer Valley East Village, this home is a unique mountain retreat. Designed for both adventure and relaxation, it’s perfect for skiing, summer days by the water, and cosy nights around the fire. There’s a hot tub overlooking the water and the mountains, and, inside, multiple game and lounge spaces – we love the shuffleboard table and the poker setup. Two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, and four will share a bunk room, so privacy is somewhat limited, but for a family group, we think this is an excellent choice of base.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in a living space. Bedroom three is equipped with double bunk beds, sleeping four guests.
*There’s parking for up to four cars here, with two in the garage and two on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. We recommend bringing a car to get the most out of your stay.
*There are stairs to climb at this home, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*Your host provides a starter pack of amenities, including paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, soap, shampoo, and basic condiments.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
