Holiday Rental Description

Ideally located just a short walk from the endless sands of Port Aransas Beach, this coastal-inspired abode couldn’t be better placed. When you’re not sun worshipping on the soft sands, take advantage of the communal facilities right on your doorstep, including swimming pools, lawn games and fire pits. And when the day draws to a close, head home to the porch for a glass of something chilled. It’s worth noting that at full capacity, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living space – an arrangement we think is better suited to children or those comfortable with a more casual sleeping setup.

Home truths:
*Construction work may be ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and occasional Sundays.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of sundries. The nearest supermarket for stocking up is a ten-minute drive away.
*Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm.
