Set right on the edge of the water on the Boothbay Peninsula, this home captures the easy charm of coastal Maine living. Days here are made for outdoor fun – from morning dips in the pool to paddling out from your private boat berth. There’s a hot tub for cool evenings, a gym, basketball court, and a games room to keep everyone entertained. Inside, it’s bright and welcoming, with big windows framing the water and a deck that’s perfect for sunset cocktails. A separate bunkhouse with its own kitchenette and living area gives the kids their own space. And when you fancy a change of pace, Boothbay Harbor’s shops and seafood restaurants are just a short drive away.

*There are three bedrooms in the main house and a family room in a separate bunkhouse, featuring two bunk beds with a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between June and October.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free.
*While you'll have use of a private berth here, the house doesn't come with a boat. They can be rented locally and delivered.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking on the driveway for up to eight vehicles.
