Holiday Rental Description

With views of the ocean and the city from the balcony, this apartment is the perfect place to unwind. We love the vistas from this home’s large open-plan living space, too. This place offers flexible accommodation as well – there’s a sofa bed in the living area and another in one of the bedrooms. There are also some fantastic communal facilities here – there’s a large swimming pool and a terrace with barbecue grills. If you want to keep up your fitness regime while away, there’s a well-appointed gym. On top of all this, there’s a lounge, conference centre and work pods. And you can’t come to Miami without spending some time on the beach – luckily, it’s just a short stroll away.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area, and another two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in bedroom four.
*Bedroom three has bunk beds, so it's ideal for children.
*You'll have access to the shared pool, fitness centre, indoor lounge/games/conference room and outdoor pool lounge.
*You'll also have access to a nearby beach club, including two chairs per unit (on availability).
*There's an espresso coffee machine with welcome pods here.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
