While you'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the dining patio and backyard, there's also a games room in the garage. And, when you're ready to hit up the beach, four deck chairs, a cooler and a beach cart are kindly provided. While the home can sleep up to twelve people, the maximum occupancy is eight adults and four children – two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.
