Holiday Rental Description

In the heart of California's famous wine country, this home makes an excellent first impression. It's hard not to be captivated by the mountain views, and you'll be able to enjoy them from the expansive patio, private pool, and hot tub. There's even a bocce ball court to keep things competitive. Inside, the design is equal parts cosy and contemporary. Beamed ceilings and roaring fireplaces add a rustic touch, but amenities-wise, it's got all the mod-cons – an office for remote working, a Peloton bike for workouts, and a soaker bath for unwinding. Factor in the location close to Napa, Sonoma, and the region's many vineyards, and you'll see why it caught our eye.

Home truths:
*Your host has goats and chickens that live on the property in a gated area. Two sheepdogs also stay in the gated area to protect the animals – you may hear barking occasionally, especially during the night. Your host can also bring fresh eggs each morning if you'd like.
*A car is necessary in this location. On-site parking is provided.
*The outdoor pizza oven, parilla, and paella burner can only be used by professional chefs – speak to your host to arrange recommendations. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue, though.
*Please note that a caretaker lives on the property in an Airstream.
