The accommodation was excellent, very clean and everything that one could need.. the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was more than well equipped. the only improvement would be to have a frying pan in the kitchen. There were pots and pans, but trying to cook a breakfast in a wok was a bit of a challenge. It was the best holiday that we have ever had as far as location and accommodation are concerned. Would love to return again in the summer but the dates are not convenient for us. We will try for another accommodation on the same site Pendra Loweth. Thanks to the owner for such an enjoyable stay. Would certainly recommend this property without any hesitation.

We were surprised that this house is part of a very large holiday complex consisting of rows and rows of houses.. The listing gives the impression it is only 1 of 3 houses. however it was a lovely site and set in beautiful gardens. It was quiet at the time of year we visited.
The house was dissapointing on arrival- needs some updating ie cooker/ bathroom/ beds / sofas all very old and well used . the sofas were particularly uncomfortable to sit on and we had to put extra cushions to sit on top of as you can feel the frame of the furniture underneath! So they definitely need replacing. ! The place looked as if it had just recently had a lick of paint but a shame the furniture and mattresses were not replaced . Also the curtains were very cheap and thin ( no lining) and let light in so we found this made it difficult to sleep at night.
Another issue for us was there was no Wi-fi despite it being stated that that there was wi-fi. We went to reception on site to ask about this ,but they said there was nothing they could do as the property is owned by Sykes . we paid an extra £17 for a week (extra) , for wi-fi.. My partner needed the internet for work and also we like to watch movies etc over the internet when on holiday.
However, one positive was that the house was spotlessly clean on arrival, We managed to catch the cleaner on the day we left to compliment her on this. !
All in all we enjoyed our week ,and apart from the sofas and internet ,everything worked well despite being a bit outdated. Its a lovely location and holiday site set in lovely gardens and very close to beaches and Falmouth.

I don’t think the listing was a true description of the area around the accommodation.. It was a busy site with many different sizes of accommodation. Advert said one of four and small /private site .
Accommodation was not easy to access , long pathway around to the front door . Patio doors were accessed over rough ground and steps .two of our party had poor mobility .
Accommodation was lovely and suited our needs apart from shower Over the bath . There were recycling facilities, on site , but nothing for us to put items in . Eg boxes/ bags .

The situation, surroundings, peace and quiet, the nearness to beaches and Falmouth for shops and restaurants etc.. are excellent
The property was warm, comfortable and very well equipped. It was very suitable for my two dogs whose first "holiday" it had been. Although the fridge was not working on arrival after contacting Cornish Cottage Holidays they delivered a free standing fridge at 4.00 pm on Christmas Eve! The only downside was the mattresses in the twin bedroom were very, very soft and probably need replacement. Altogether a happy and relaxing 5 days over Christmas.

We had a great time at this property.. Quiet but not remote. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Everything and more was within the accommodation.
Thank you.
