Everything was very good, except...the procedure for the key box gets a "poor" rating because I only received this code by email on the day of departure after asking. The key service is only available 50% of the time or NOT AT ALL!!!--You can't and won't book at short notice!!This is a HUGE POINT OF CRITICISM. Payment in one amount is also NOT POSSIBLE!!
