There is also a bathroom and a shower room with a separate cloakroom. The main accommodation consists of an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a conservatory. Outside there is ample off road parking, a lawned garden with a patio and an indoor heated swimming pool. The Willows is ideal at any time of the year.

Area
The small village of Cockshutt is surrounded by beautiful Shropshire countryside and has many of the features of a traditional village with a pub, village hall, primary school and a parish church. Just five miles away is the pretty market town of Ellesmere, which offers Tudor, Georgian and Victorian buildings, a lovely church and a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, and is surrounded by its famous meres or lakes. Close by is the delightful Colemere Country Park, which when taking a scenic walk you will discover wonderful wildlife.

Region
A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.
