Spacious apartment, very well located. Unfortunately shabby and outdated. The interview is superficial. Downside: bedding: poorly protected mattress (lack of hygiene) dirty pillows without protection. Drawstrings worthy of the name are essential. Stained carpet.

A well-equipped apartment; a refresh of the paintings would be welcome as well as the removal of an unusable chair because it had a hole. Good location with ample parking.

Overall very good; Points to improve: the kitchen and especially the bathroom would deserve a complete renovation to approach contemporary standards; they clearly date from the 70s and 80s and devalue the comfort of the stay. Ex among others: old bathtub, and not shower, taps, etc....

Pleasant location with sea view. Seaside promenade, beach, shops nearby. Accessible on foot from the apartment. Nice balcony. Sofa and armchair very faded and with a very low seat. Difficult to get up! Faded paint.

Rental very good except cold water in kitchen no flow

The apartment is very well located (sea and shops nearby) and has a beautiful sea view. It is well laid out, a sleeping area and a separate living area with a beautiful balcony. Appreciable parking. However, it would need a refresh (the carpet in the master bedroom is stained as well as the tapestries in the apartment). The pillows need to be changed. The vacuum gives off a bad smell. In the common areas (entrance and elevator), there is a musty smell.

Comfortable and very well located apartment close to the shops of DINARD and the seaside. Ideal for a family of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children.
