The view from the balcony is captivating, offering a view of the lights of Rijeka at night and of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk by day. This somewhat compensates for the rather worn furniture. It's worth noting that there's only one window in the living area, but it more or less overlooks a quarry stone wall. There's also a window with glass blocks and the entrance door with textured glass. In good weather, none of this should be a problem. You can park your car in the carport.

The location and the view are stunning. The distances to shops, swimming and restaurants are short. If a problem arises, the staff are always ready to help.

The driveway is very narrow and steep. Not so easy to find The landlady has 2 dogs and several cats. Since the terraces are next to each other, you should like animals and maybe not have any with you. No problem in the upper apartments. If there are problems, the landlady takes care of them immediately. From the balcony you have a fantastic view day and night. Nice and quiet!

Very nice place and accommodation ! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The equipment of the accommodation fits, the distance to the beach is perfect.
