Karin (LOV301) Lovran, Kvarner

Beautiful, well-kept holiday home in the countryside, directly adjacent to the beautiful Ucka Mountains, a small stream behind the house. The bathroom is not new, but like the rest of the furnishings, well-kept, small kitchen with everything you need. The stove is small, one normal-sized and one very small plate (e.g. for an espresso maker). Small for five people, but sufficient. The pool is also not too big, but very well-kept. Overall, recommended!

A very cozy apartment, ideal for a family or group of friends.

Quiet, peacefull. If you prefer action you only have to walk/drive 900 meters to the shore. The owner is a very nice, fiendly, beautifull woman. She helped us wit all kinds of questions and problems (dentist and searching for the best restaurants. Area is safe and private because of the electronic gate (with 4 other houses). The only thing you can't see on the photograps are the different levels. The pool is 2 levels higher (stairs) and the barbecue is shared with the others. No problem at all!
