Only issue we had was with our initial booking.. This was made via a tripadivsor link, which allowed us to make a booking, take our money, only to find out when no receipt was forthcoming that this property was not actually available.
However after I called Sykes direct to find out what was going on, your staff were very helpful in finding me another property and to be honest probably a more suitable one for us.
Some issues initially with the heating in that the weather had turned very cold for late May but the heating didnt come on until 8pm and the controls are locked away. But after contacting the owner direct, they were very willing to come in and adjust the heating clock for us. The owner was also super prompt in returning our bond.
