Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and Eiger. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. A fondue set (meat or cheese) and a raclette oven can be borrowed from reception.

The room was very nice, it was also very quiet and of course we were very pleased with the beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Unfortunately the staff wasn't very professional and helpful when we wanted to get our car out of the garage. We had a problem because the upper car was mounted with a ski box on the roof, which shouldn't be allowed. The answer was: he is a regular customer with us!!!!! The problem then was: I could hardly drive my car out

I really liked the apartment and the balcony with a view plus equipment. Unfortunately, during the day there was a lot of noise from the street and from the First train car park. The lift may need to be checked. The doors close very quickly.

The accommodation was very clean and the keys were handed over without any problems. The view from the balcony is very nice. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within easy walking distance. You can also easily reach all attractions by bus. You can easily leave your car in the underground car park.

from the first contact to the check-out everything went smoothly! Super nice, friendly and helpful on the phone, good value for money, great location, wonderful house, suitable for dogs (important for us because we have 3 dogs), super nice and helpful on site. I had booked a studio for two people and was allowed to choose whether I would like to move into a larger apartment for the same price because the Abendrot chalet was not fully booked. A little more space, two sofas instead of two armchairs and a larger dining table was nice and we were able to enjoy that. Thank you again for the great gesture.

We stayed for two in a studio apartment for a week on a skiing holiday. The Chalet Abendrot is very well located (right next to the First valley station with a good bus connection to the train station and the Männlichen ski area, Kleine Scheidegg.) The studio is friendly and has everything we needed. The arrival and departure was very uncomplicated. We were welcomed very friendly. We recommend the accommodation.

I appreciate the good, central location of this accommodation. I've been spending the winter holidays at Chalet Abendrot in Grindelwald for a number of years now and have always received a friendly welcome. This time I had a mattress that, in my opinion, did its job. You slipped into a recess in the middle of the mattress. By rotating the head and foot part it worked for that time.

The apartment is excellent and the resort is one of the best places in the planet. The staff is very very friendly and made us warmly welcome! Is expensive, but is switzerland so it is expected.. Thanks for hosting us, looking forward to come back!!!
