A very, very cozy holiday home. Highly recommended, charming and lovingly furnished. Everything you need is there. The landlord is very friendly and personable. The fireplace and the quiet location on the edge of the forest lend the whole place a very lovely charm.

The property is isolated, but the last few meters are almost impossible to climb in wet conditions, as it climbs steeply up a grassy path. Wheels spin quickly, and for regular cars, the lack of ground clearance can be a challenge. The river is not visible from the property. It's 400 meters as the crow flies; access or walking is about 2 km. Swimming is far away. The outbuildings are musty/damp. Mattresses are stained. Kitchen equipment needs updating. Canoe not usable.

We had two unforgettable weeks here. We were always able to contact the owner with any questions. There is indeed a river nearby, but you have to take the regular road to get there. In rainy weather, it can be difficult to reach the cottage. The holiday home has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. It's surrounded by tranquility and greenery. It's also ideal for dogs.

A beautiful house from the outside—but inside... We had to clean the kitchen before we could use anything. The whole apartment was musty, and even airing it out didn't improve. The canoe is a joke: yes, they offer a canoe, and they'd surely get it down to the river somehow. But how do you get it back?! The landlord never got in touch—that's also an answer. Never again.

Well-stocked accommodation with everything you need. It's situated in a very quiet and secluded spot at the end of a road. The road is steep, so be careful with your car. What we were really looking for was the lake! It's NOT 350 meters from the cottage. The nearest lake is 17 kilometers away. This was a real shame. Otherwise, excellent accommodation and facilities are within driving distance. It's a fantastic area for hiking.

Very quiet location, 150 mtr down a steep, unpaved path in the forest, no problem for SUVs. Everything you need in the house, a great TV with WiFi. Beautiful property with winter garden and terrace and lawn. I only had to get my own firewood as I didn't meet the landlord. The Klarälven is nearby but not visible from the property. Ideal for families with dogs. I would book it again. The house was very well cleaned by the previous occupant.

We have felt very comfortable here. The house is well equipped, bed and sofas very comfortable! There are many carpets, which was great for our old dog. There is a second house in the cul-de-sac, but it seemed uninhabited during our trip. The terrace has sun all day from midday, it's absolutely quiet here! The landlord is nice and we particularly liked the fact that contactless living was also possible here!

Neat house with nice terrace in nature. Due to its location on the edge of the forest, we saw a moose and deer. House was well cleaned. Electricity is a concern. Nice bathroom, good bed.
