Exit to the terrace. Small sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 50 - 175 cm with 2 beds. (spiral staircase) entrance hall with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 175 - 50 cm with 1 bed. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Freezer approx. 150 l (shared use).

Rowing boat with motor (on request), parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 25 km, railway station "Alvesta" 8 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 170 km, grass beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, fishing possibilities 5 m. If you are looking for a nice view for breakfast in the morning and do not have high demands on comfort and modernity, you will find a great place for relaxing holidays here. The house is actually more beautiful than the photos show.

The hut is so close to the water that you can put your feet in the water from the terrace. The view of the lake is a dream. The 3 beds on the upper floor are comfortable, but not for tall guys (1.90 m). The second house/ children's house is functional and creates acoustic distance through a separate room. Important: - there is neither TV nor internet. However, 4G network. - the bath house with shower and toilet is about 50 m away. So going to the toilet at night is quite an adventure.

In short...it was super and round. The accommodation is small, fine and very pleasant and clean. It didn't bother that there was neither WLAN nor television. Boat and motor were perfectly adequate....did our fishing trip on the lake every day and also caught very well. The landlords are super friendly and accommodating, support even with unusual problems with words and deeds.....we'll be back :-)

We had a great holiday in Sweden. The surroundings are beautiful, there is the lake (was 25 degrees warm) and the boat just at the house. You can also hike and bike straight from the house.With the car you can get to either the east, west or south coast within 1.5 hours. We even took the train to Stockholm for a day trip, well worth it. The huts (little one for the kids) are small but charming and contain everything you need. Anne and Bengt are warm, friendly and incredibly helpful hosts.

I can only recommend this holiday accommodation overall. You can eat beautifully on the terrace, almost on the lake, and on rainy days (which certainly happen in Sweden) you still have a nice view. The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, overall the holiday home only has the bare essentials (no WiFi, TV, etc.), as stated. The boat is very easy to use. It's a nice landlady who checks very carefully during the final inspection, that's just a hint.

You can hardly get any closer to the water, when the weather is nice: eating on the lake, fishing, boating, walking around the lake, going to the swimming area, everything is great. Anne is an extremely friendly landlady, the guest house is included in the price, the private bathroom is about 50 meters away, but that's not a big deal. All in all, a lot of relaxation on the water. I would also like to recommend the Kleva Gruva, a sight for the whole family!

A beautiful little house, very lovingly furnished, and the magical guest house. You can hardly be closer to the water, and all that without mosquitoes... We also had the nicest landlords you can imagine. They always tried to ensure our satisfaction without being intrusive. A big thank you to both of them for allowing us to spend such a wonderful holiday there. Gladly again. Our grandson caught 5 big pike. Great vacation :-)

We had wonderful days in the hottest summer in 260 years! It was almost perfect that we could go straight into the water! Our children had their own house and thought it was really great. The sheep were an attraction and didn't shy away from one or the other pat. we felt completely comfortable in this small, cozy, excellently furnished house and now have wanderlust again.
