Sunnyside Shreyas is an outstanding, detached bungalow set next to the owner’s home but in its own grounds with a private drive and land in the small hamlet of Clayton Le Dale, just two miles from Ribchester and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a garden with patio and furniture. Sunnyside Shreyas is a wonderful base for your holiday.

The village of Ribchester lies in a curve of the River Ribble between Preston and Clitheroe. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Ribble Valley is a haven of scenery, natural habitats and legend.

The cottage was lovely, as a family of four we had a great break.. There is so many outdoor activities to do within a short drive from this location. The family who owned the cottage were very friendly and always happy to help. Very peaceful and quiet location too. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway.

Lovely property in an excellent location.. Very modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Although the wasn’t a washing machine in our cottage the owners very kindly allowed us to use one in another on site property and said they would be putting a machine into our property soon. The host Pav and his lovely wife were so nice and on hand to offer any assistance we needed - thanks so much to both of them for making our stay memorable.

We stayed here on 29/06/19 for 1week.. Anita and Pav were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them. The cottage was very high spec.. it was a beautiful place to stay. However I must say I would not have booked it had I known the place was a building site. The family are building 5 new cottages on the site, which was not stated. Having said that we were not disturbed by the builders as Pav ensured that the workmen stayed away until late in the morning. A lovely place to stay to visit the beautiful scenery. Than Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The cottage is well equipped, comfortable, clean and warm and in an ideal location for exploring the area.. We were, however, disappointed to discover that there are a further four properties currently being built on the site and were only made aware of this building work when we spoke to the owners to arrange key collection a week prior to arrival. During our stay at the cottage, we did at times feel slightly compromised with our sense of privacy and peacefulness due to the early starts by the builders.We therefore feel that this should have been noted in the property description prior to our booking as it may well have influenced our decision to book our New Years break at this property. That being said, we would consider returning to this cottage in the future when the site has been completed.

A lovely cottage equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming but left you to enjoy your holiday knowing they were on hand if you needed them. Would recommend!

A beautiful bungalow in a countryside setting.. Ideally situated for exploring the lovely Forest of Bowland. Top quality fixtures, fittings and decoration. Two wonderful shower rooms and the underfloor heating kept us cosy. Friendly owners

Just returned from a sunny week in this high end bungalow. Beautifully furnished,two shower rooms and comfy beds and a fabulous kitchen. Privately situated at the end of the owner's land, but handy for exploring the wonderful villages, towns and countryside of the Forest of Bowland. Many places to eat close by. Our favourite being the Ribchester Arms in the village of the same name. Enjoy a stroll through the pretty village and by the river. A much neglected part of England, will definitely return. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

It was lovely thank you just lacked a little attention to detail in my opinion i.. E. Outside pots had mainly weeds in them, only small area of the lawn was mowed so outlook was weeds in a field mainly, dead fly in kitchen drawer, one shower not warm enough and oddly fake flowers missing its pot so just in polystyrene. Lovely area and high end finish, we saw a deer and baby rabbits while there which made my stay!

We recently stayed in this beautiful bungalow. It is set in a pituresque location which is a perfect base for visiting the surrounding area in any direction you require. The bungalow itself is fitted out to a high standard with everything you need for a holiday stay. Should you wish to eat out, there are pubs close by. We visited the recently refurbished Ribchester Arms, where the food was superb. We would not hesitate to recommend this bungalow and should you require any help during your stay, the owners are very friendly and on hand to offer help. We would love to return in the not too distant future. We had an excellent holiday, enhanced by a week of superb weather.

What can I say? The bungalow is brand new with all mod cons, and when we were there they were in the middle of landscaping around the area. The shower rooms were perfect, kitchen was great, loads of crockery etc. The only thing missing at the time was wi-fi but they were having that fitted the week after we were there. It is in a quiet location if you want a bit of peace, but is not too far from Preston and Blackburn if you need to go shopping. The owners Pav and Anita are a very helpful couple and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything. We were so impressed that as I am writing this review we are about to book again.

We have stayed at the property twice now and cannot fault it for comfort and luxury. It is really brand new and everything inside reflects that. The bathrooms deserve a mention for the beautiful fittings. The owners are friendly, kind and helpful without being intrusive. It was central for our intended places we wanted to visit. It is very private and quiet and you cannot help but relax. we found the cost very reasonable too. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here,
