Stefan Apartment 2

Apartment Stefan is rather simple but practically furnished: a large bathroom with two showers, two separate toilets, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean upon arrival. It has a lovely terrace with a view over the valley. It's well-located, centrally located in the Zillertal Valley. However, the sound insulation is poor. When the upstairs neighbors are walking around in their apartment, you can hear it. This can be disturbing early in the morning or late at night.

Great, clean holiday apartment with very good facilities and a very pleasant and helpful landlord. The location is also great, you look out over a wide valley to the mountains and yet you are only a stone's throw from the town center. You can really enjoy yourself here.

Pleasant and spacious apartment just a ten minute drive from the cable car. All amenities are available and the apartment is very clean. S. is also easily accessible.

Great apartment with good beds, rooms and a cozy kitchen/living room. The apartment is one of 3 in the building, and they sadly share a terrible internet connection of only 20 mbit (measured at 0400 during the night when one of our kids woke). During the night is sadly also the _ONLY_ time that the internet worked. It just shut out since the internet / router / acces points all were bad. But that is the only real concern we had with out stay, besides that it was a great place.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults and 3 small children and it was great. Everything we needed was there and everything was very clean. The location was also beautiful and you could get to the valley quickly to use the bus and train. So we had no complaints and would spend our vacation in the accommodation again. The landlord was also great! Very friendly!

We have been guests in the Zillertal for 15 years and guests at Haus Stefan for 10 years. The house is in a perfect location, is well equipped and Stefan is highly recommended as a host. We have already booked for January 2024 :)

The apartment is great. Well equipped with everything thought of. We felt very comfortable. The owner is super nice too.

With 3 bedrooms, the holiday apartment is very large and offers families with several children or groups of up to 8 people a very pleasant stay or a relaxing holiday with a beautiful view of the Zillertal.

Accommodation for a couple/re or similar very well suited, rather not for small children, since there are no play facilities around the house. There are better options in the valley for this. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. No party mile. Great views from the balcony and from the windows as it is on a hillside. Apartment is very well equipped and the cleanliness is particularly noteworthy here. We liked it very much and we can imagine staying here again.

Apartment in a very good location, close to the ski bus stop, great view of the town. Good kitchen equipment.

We have stayed at Haus Stephan for the 7th time and are, as always, completely satisfied...Very good value for money...

Stayed here twice with 4 kids and 2 adults. Stefan's house is incrediby clean, spacious and very close (5 minutes drive) to the Horberg bahn. Kitchen very well stocked and Stefan is very helpful when we needed something. Bedrooms are huge and boot dryers much appreciated. Will visit again

Nice apartment. To cold at first but after talking to the owner this improved and temperature was ok.We had to pay 19 euro extra/person including children and infants and extra taxes for 20 euro/adult. Ended up beeing quite expensive. At this price thereare better options for accommodation in the area.

Super nice, very clean apartment with a good location to the Horbergbahn

Many thanks to the owner Stefan for the hospitality. The apartments are new, clean, cozy with a large and fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are high on the mountain and need a car.

Nothing to reproach.The house have 3 apartments one on top of other and we used the apartment from the middle.We traveled with 3 childrens and for us was very nice, I don't know how was for our "neighbours" because of the noise of the childrens but probably they will give their rate :)
