Staff is kind and gentle before and check-in time , well organized. The apartment is so clean and well furnished, so we were comfortable, As bath amenities such as body shampoo, shampoo, conditioner were not provided, we had to go shopping to buy them. So earlier check-in is needed. Unfortunately, wifi didn't work well, though we asked the staff to fix it going to the office.

The St Bernard apartment was fantastic. Everything was clean and in working order. Very well equipped kitchen. Warm and cozy during winter. Absolutely stunning views of the Matterhorn from the large balcony. 10 out of 10 for sure. Would love to come back again. Only downside would be there is no soap or shampoo available and it would be nice to have more seating available in tv room. (couch)

The apartment was well located in Zermatt, with a good view across the town and valley with the Matterhorn in the view. The apartment was well appointed, clean and the neighbours welcoming.

Good location. Not far from the Sunnegga cable car. The apartment was not very clean, some of the dishes were dirty, the light in the bathroom didn't work but was repaired. The kettle didn't work. The kitchen equipment wasn't functional. The price-performance ratio was poor. We wouldn't rent this apartment again.

Ideal apartment for a family with young children. No cot available. Difficult with 2 couples because 1 double bed is small. Very worn bedding and duvet cover closed with a string. Little explanation on arrival, no inventory. Attention to cleanliness, a little disappointed. Good location, balcony with view. Skirroom and lift available.

Too bad no coat rack or hook for jackets in the hall. Very spacious living room and dining room. A few knives for spreading butter and jam would be nice. Too bad the extension cord does not correspond to the small plate for the fondue pot. The stove needs alcohol and there was batter in reserve.
