House with beautiful views of Calpe and Penion the Ifach. Great for adults, I do not recommend it for families with young children due to the large number of stairs. A bit of a covered terrace is missing. Two are available, but both are uncovered. The service of the local Interchome leaves something to be desired - one set of bedding is missing, the internet is not working, after reporting the problem it was fixed but no one informed us about it.

-market demolition site from 8am to 8pm for 2 weeks. - no privacy, total opposite on the street. - Impossible to use the terrace because tiger mosquitoes bites even in broad daylight. - badly received by interhome and refusal to exchange the house except payment.no gesture for the tourist

too bad there are so many stairs between the pool and the house and too bad the neighborhood evening in the neighboring villas until 4am both weekdays and weekends

It has been a very pleasant stay and 100% recommended. The views of all of Calpe and the Peñon de Ifach are magnificent. Fantastic private pool. In general, everything clean. To comment, what we liked the least is that it does not have a dishwasher and that access from the house to the pool is through two long flights of exterior stairs.

A rental at this price I find it not normal that there is no washing machine or a dishwasher and no air conditioning. The value for money was not good in summary
